the staff proved quite helpful .
The room reeked of sewage, a unpleasant experience. I reported this, but the technician's visit changed nothing, it seems this is an ongoing problem in rooms at the back of the hotel. the food was consistently mediocre and repetitive, leaving me quite bored with dining options.

sewage smell room change
the room was quite large and it met my expectations..
I found a sewage smell in the bathroom, not ideal. i had to report it to reception repeatedly so that someone could mask the smell with detergents. It returned every few hours. after five days, i was moved to another room, but i wonder why i didn't get that room in the first place

A Satisfactory Visit
great excursion nice experience sewage problem inconvenient situation
I appreciated the tours. Mehdi and his colleague organized some great excursions. The hot air balloon ride at sunrise in the desert was a particular highlight. The experience was quite nice.
Our room had a noticeable sewage problem. The stench seemed to come through the floor. I had to report the smell to reception repeatedly to have a cleaner address the issue with detergents. This was not very convenient.
